Head Waiter/Bartender

The AppleYard Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Head waiter / Bartender to help lead our energetic front-of-house team and deliver the vibrant spirit of Spain to every guest!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the management team with daily operations
• Leading and motivating front-of-house staff
• working behind the bar
• managing the bar standards
• opening and closing
• Ensuring top-tier service during busy shifts
• Handling customer feedback with professionalism and positivity
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader in hospitality (restaurant or bar)
• A hands-on leader with strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
• Passion for Spanish food, drink, and culture

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week

• Sidcup DA15 7AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• bartending: 1 year (preferred)
• waiting: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

• English (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
