- Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation across the cluster.
- Conduct and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Process Safety Risk Assessments.
- Drive PSM governance, audits, compliance, and capability development.
- Support new product introductions, plant projects, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain process safety databases, best practices, and incident investigation processes.
