Job Title: Headmistress Pre-Primary ( Podar Jumbo Kids)

Location: Vapi, Gunjan

Department: Academic Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the pre-primary section.
• Mentor, monitor, and support teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Handle admissions support, documentation, and compliance with school policies.
• Coordinate with central academic and management teams for smooth operations.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching/academic leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
