Role Purpose: To serve customers professionally, support daily outlet operations, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient retail environment.

Job Description:

Customer Service

·       Greet every customer warmly and professionally

·       Guide customer on products and promotions

·       Address customer inquiries and refer to pharmacist or supervisor if needed

Sales & Checkout

·       Promote ongoing sales, membership, and offers

·       Handle payment accurately (cash, card, or e-wallet)

·       Ensure smooth, fast, and friendly checkout experience

Store Operations

·       Keep store clean, neat, and welcoming

·       Restock and arrange products using FIFO/FEFO with proper labelling

·       Receive, check, and store incoming stock

·       Monitor expiry dates and assist with stock counts

·       Follow opening and closing checklists daily

·       Report any safety or store issues immediately

Teamwork & Compliance

·       Work closely with the team and follow company SOPs

·       Support any tasks assigned by supervisor or pharmacist
