Health and Wellness Coach

We are looking for a motivated and certified Health and Wellness Coach to join our fitness team. In this role, you will empower clients to achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching, lifestyle changes, and motivational support. • Develop personalized health and wellness plans for clients based on their goals and needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to promote fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.
• Educate clients on sustainable lifestyle changes, including exercise routines and dietary habits.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fitness trainers and nutritionists to deliver holistic wellness programs.
• Organize workshops and events to promote health and wellness within the community.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellness trends and best practices.
• Certified Health Coach or Wellness Coach (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health, fitness, or wellness coaching.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise physiology, and behavior change techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire clients.
• Ability to design and implement individualized wellness plans.
• Proficiency in tracking client progress using digital tools or apps.
• Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and a positive attitude.
