Health Care Assistant - Nights

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in our nursing home in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of patients.

Duties:

• Assist in the implementation of care plans for patients

• Provide support to residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Utilise PCS systems for patient documentation

• Support individuals with daily activities

• Maintain accurate records of patient care

Shift timing:

20:00 - 08:00

Hours:

Positions available with either 33 or 44 hours per week

Experience:

• Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable

• Familiarity with care plans and patient support

• Proficient in basic IT skills for documentation purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 33.0 – 44.0 per week
