HEALTH CLIENT RELATION ASSOCIATE PROJECT 2 MONTH

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inquiries and coordinate with internal and external parties through WhatsApp groups and email.

• Provide accurate and easy-to-understand information regarding policy benefits, claims, insurance services, and participant issues at hospitals.

• Prepare reports on issues and service constraints involving TPAs, such as AdMedika.

• Compile, manage, and report data accurately.

• Ensure effective communication and timely follow-up to resolve client and participant concerns.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Healthcare, Nursing, Public Health, Management, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Relation or Customer Service in Health Insurance or TPA.

• Good understanding of Health Insurance Policies, particularly Employee Benefits.

• Medical or healthcare-related educational background is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work collaboratively in a team.

• Willing to work outside regular office hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Proficient in data reporting.
