Sage Shield Assurance is seeking driven and personable individuals to join our Tampa team as Health Coverage Consultants working in Health Insurance Sales.

You'll work directly with prospective clients to understand their individual health coverage needs, explain available insurance plans, and help them identify coverage suited to their situation.

As a Health Coverage Consultant, you'll combine client consultation with health insurance sales, guiding individuals from their initial coverage questions through plan selection and enrollment. Previous insurance or sales experience is not required — we provide paid training and continued coaching.

What You'll Do

• Consult with individuals seeking health insurance coverage
• Learn about individual coverage needs and priorities
• Present and explain available health insurance plans
• Help clients compare their available coverage options
• Recommend plans based on individual needs
• Guide clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up
• Build lasting professional client relationships
• Work toward company sales and performance goals
