This entry-level position focuses on client education, relationship building, and helping individuals navigate available health coverage services.

Previous insurance experience is not required. Our structured training program is designed to help new team members develop the skills and industry knowledge needed for the position.

Daily Responsibilities

• Discuss health coverage needs with prospective clients.
• Explain available plan features, benefits, and service options.
• Answer general coverage-related questions professionally.
• Guide clients through appropriate information and next steps.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Coordinate follow-ups and maintain organized client records.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
