Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers regarding health insurance coverage interests.
• Develop knowledge of available health insurance products and benefits.
• Identify customer needs through professional conversations.
• Explain relevant product features and coverage information.
• Assist customers throughout approved sales and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up information.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
