Health Insurance Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Promote and sell health insurance policies to individuals and corporate clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium details clearly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Assist clients with documentation and policy processing
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance
• Stay updated with UAE insurance regulations and market trends

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales (Health insurance preferred)
• UAE market experience is mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of UAE insurance policies and compliance
• Bachelors degree preferred.
