Job Title: Health IT Technical Analyst

Work Arrangement: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, solution design, project scoping, and feasibility assessments for new requests.
• Provide clinical subject matter expertise and recommend best practices for healthcare data exchange and standardization.
• Ensure clinical data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable implementation requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Healthcare Interoperability Standards: Minimum 3 years of experience with HL7, FHIR, and health information exchange standards.
• Clinical Data Analysis & Validation: Minimum 3 years analyzing, validating, and troubleshooting clinical data.
• Clinical Coding Systems: Minimum 2 years of experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, and RxNorm.
• Health Information Exchange (HIE): Minimum 2 years supporting HIE platforms, clinical data exchange, or integration projects.
• Technical Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Minimum 2 years working with stakeholders to resolve issues, test solutions, and implement functionality.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to clinical data accuracy and standardization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and healthcare teams.
