Northern Apex Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our Tampa team as Health Plan Concierges in Health Insurance Sales.

This is a health insurance sales position. You'll work directly with prospective clients, learn about their coverage needs, present available health insurance plans, and help clients select and enroll in coverage that fits their individual situation.

Your success in this position will be centered around your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, educate prospective clients, and generate health insurance sales.

Paid training is provided, making this a strong entry-level role for individuals looking to develop a career in insurance sales.

What You'll Do

• Speak with individuals interested in health coverage
• Identify individual coverage needs
• Present available health insurance products and plan options
• Explain benefits and coverage clearly
• Help clients select appropriate health plans
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain consistent sales follow-up
• Work toward company sales goals
