SageShield Assurance is growing our Tampa team and looking for personable, motivated individuals to join us as Health Plan Concierges. You'll work directly with clients, learn about their individual needs, and help guide them through available health coverage options from their first conversation through enrollment.

No previous insurance experience is required. If you're confident working with people, willing to learn, and motivated to build a professional career, we'll provide the training and support to help you get started.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients and learn about their coverage needs
• Educate clients on available health plan products and services
• Explain options in a clear and easy-to-understand way
• Guide clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Answer questions and provide personalized support
• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
