Central Consulting Group is expanding our Tampa operations and looking for personable, service-oriented individuals to join our Health & Life Insurance Sales team as Health Plan Concierges.

This role focuses on customer communication, general coverage inquiries, and supporting individuals as they navigate available health insurance services.

We're looking for dependable individuals with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in professional development.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist prospective and existing customers with general health insurance questions.
• Provide general information about available health coverage services.
• Support insurance representatives with customer communication and follow-up.
• Help customers understand general coverage terminology and administrative processes.
• Participate in customer service and insurance product training.
• Help maintain a positive, professional customer experience.
