Health Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or a related healthcare field
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent program management certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing health programs, healthcare portfolios, public health initiatives, or healthcare transformation projects.
• Experience working with Ministries of Health, Public Health Authorities, healthcare organizations, NGOs, international organizations, or healthcare consulting firms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, program governance, budget management, and performance monitoring.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
