aSpear Consulting is expanding our Tampa team and seeking a personable and motivated Health Support Specialist to assist clients looking for guidance with their health coverage needs.

This is a client-focused position where communication and service come first. You’ll work directly with individuals, learn about their needs, answer questions, and help guide them through available health coverage options.

We provide training, so previous industry experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, coachable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals seeking health coverage information
• Ask questions to understand each client’s individual needs
• Explain available options in a clear and professional manner
• Assist clients throughout the consultation process
• Answer questions and provide ongoing support
• Conduct follow-up communication with clients
• Maintain strong professional relationships
• Participate in team training and development

Pay: $82,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
