Tucker Insurance Group is seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our Tampa team as a Health Coverage Consultant working in Health Insurance Sales.

As a Health Coverage Consultant, you'll work directly with prospective clients to understand their individual health coverage needs, explain available insurance options, and help them find a plan suited to their situation.

You'll be responsible for educating prospective clients, presenting coverage options, assisting throughout the enrollment process, and working toward company sales goals.

Previous insurance or sales experience is not required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the health insurance industry and develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Identify individual health coverage needs
• Present and explain available health insurance plans
• Help clients compare their available coverage options
• Recommend plans based on individual needs
• Guide clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain professional client communication and follow-up
• Build strong client relationships
• Work toward company sales and performance goals
