Wealthy Healthy is expanding our Tampa team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Health Support Specialists helping clients find health insurance coverage that fits their individual needs.

In this role, you'll work directly with prospective clients to learn about their health coverage needs, introduce available insurance options, and help guide them through selecting and enrolling in coverage.

No previous health insurance or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and continued coaching to help you develop your industry knowledge, communication skills, and ability to confidently work with clients.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients seeking health coverage
• Identify individual health insurance needs
• Present and explain available health insurance options
• Help clients understand and compare coverage
• Recommend plans based on individual needs
• Guide clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
• Develop positive, professional client relationships
