Job Summary

As part of the Healthcare account, you will support customers with healthcare-related administrative inquiries while following strict privacy, verification, and escalation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review previous case information before continuing customer support.
• Provide general information about available healthcare services.
• Handle questions regarding appointments, services, and account information.
• Monitor assigned cases and complete required follow-up.
• Handle inquiries through assigned phone, chat, or email channels.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• BPO, Customer service or Call Center experience is required.

Work Setup and Location:

• ONSITE - Mandaluyong

Shift Available:

• Nighshift, Graveyard, Midshift, Dayshift, Shifting Schedule
