HEALTHCARE PROCESS
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA
(Based on experience, skills & interview performance)
Eligibility: Graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle customer/patient-related queries professionally
* Process and maintain information accurately
* Follow defined quality and compliance standards
* Resolve queries within agreed timelines
* Maintain high levels of customer service and process accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Healthcare / International BPO experience preferred
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if applicable
* Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
