Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Insurance Agents . You will assist customers with their healthcare benefits, insurance inquiries, and claims-related concerns.

No prior BPO experience? No problem! We welcome fresh graduates and candidates eager to start their careers in the healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls related to healthcare insurance inquiries

Assist customers with benefits, eligibility, and claims status

Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns

Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer interactions

Document customer interactions in the system

Qualifications:
4 years college graduate (no experience required) / c ompleted at least 2 years in college (must have copy of grades or TOR) + 6 months BPO experience preferably in a healthcare campaign.

Strong English communication skills

Basic computer navigation skills

Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented

Willing to work on night shift or shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)

Can work onsite daily
