Job Overview
Ideal Air is a licensed HVAC contractor (CSLB C-20) based in Torrance, serving homeowners, builders, and property owners across Southern California. We're looking for a skilled, dependable HVAC Technician to install, service, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, code-compliant work, can troubleshoot confidently on their own, and knows how to explain problems and solutions to customers in plain language. You'll represent Ideal Air in customers' homes and on job sites every day, so professionalism and communication matter as much as technical skill.

- Complete job documentation, service tickets, photos, and checklists accurately and on time
- Keep the company vehicle, tools, and inventory clean, organized, and stocked

- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC field experience in installation and/or service
