Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

$35–$45/hr + Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pappas Parts & Service is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced technician who wants to be part of that growth.

This isn’t a sales position disguised as a service technician job. We’re looking for someone who can troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment—and who takes pride in doing the job right.

Our work includes commercial HVAC, refrigeration, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines and commercial cooking equipment, along with residential HVAC.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong HVAC/R troubleshooting ability
• EPA certification
• Commercial refrigeration experience preferred
• Commercial cooking equipment experience is a major plus
• CFESA certification is highly valued
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication with customers
• Someone who wants to grow with a company rather than simply punch a clock

Compensation: $35–$45/hour based on experience and demonstrated ability.

Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus available for highly qualified dual HVAC/R and commercial cooking-equipment technicians/CFESA Master Technicians.

We’re a growing, owner-operated service company serving Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. You’ll work directly with ownership, have the opportunity to take on responsibility as we grow, and work on a wide variety of equipment instead of doing the same calls every day.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
