Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who also has a strong background in HVAC sales. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and takes pride in their work and customer relationships. You’ll handle residential and light commercial HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs, while also identifying and recommending solutions that best fit our customers’ comfort needs.

This position includes a 30-day probation period, after which employee benefits — including medical coverage — will take effect.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Provide HVAC sales recommendations to customers and explain available options
• Maintain accurate documentation and job reports
• Ensure all work meets company standards and manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and/or installation
• Proven experience in HVAC sales
• EPA certification and other relevant HVAC certifications preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay at $30/hour, based on experience
• Medical benefits (effective after 30-day probation period)
• Commission/percentage rate on upsells and completed jobs (to be discussed during interview)

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
