What You'll Do

As a HVAC Technician, you'll perform essential cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. You'll play an important role in maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable environments while ensuring every customer receives professional, reliable service.

Services You'll Perform

• Air duct cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Upholstery cleaning
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Water damage mitigation and restoration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Evaluate job sites and recommend appropriate cleaning or restoration solutions.
• Perform assigned services efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Safely operate and maintain professional cleaning and restoration equipment.
• Prepare work areas and take necessary precautions to protect customers' property.
• Collaborate with other technicians and assist with larger projects when needed.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Follow established safety guidelines and proper service procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at every appointment.

Qualifications Required

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Previous hands-on experience in air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and collaborate with a team.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Additional experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, or water damage restoration.
• Previous sales experience or confidence in explaining and recommending additional services.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and practical problem-solving skills.
• Interest in expanding technical knowledge and progressing into leadership positions.
