You are the face of Tru72 in the field. You test, diagnose, present solutions, and deliver professional service that builds trust with homeowners. This is a performance role, not just "run calls and move on."

What You Will Do

• Test and diagnose residential HVAC systems using real readings, then repair them right the first time
• Perform maintenance and full system evaluations
• Clearly explain test results, findings, and options to homeowners
• Identify system replacement opportunities when appropriate
• Deliver clean, professional, well-documented service
• Turn over qualified leads to our Comfort Advisors

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overtime available during peak season
• Rotating on-call (as needed)
