Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery. Your expertise will help drive the success of our projects by skillfully managing equipment such as grinders, excavators, loaders and dozers.

Duties

• Operate a wide range of construction machinery including grinder, excavators, bulldozers, loaders and backhoes with precision and safety.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations while operating heavy machinery and handling materials.

Experience

• Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes and other hydraulically operated equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation.
• Mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hydraulics systems, hand tools, and basic repairs necessary for routine equipment upkeep.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor settings while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
