About Us

At Grade is Marysville’s premier local excavation, seeding and erosion control contractor. For more than 20 years, At Grade has worked with industry leaders in the commercial and residential construction industries to raise, renovate, repair and redesign properties from the ground up and has a culture based on strong values, high ethical standards and a commitment to employees and customers. With our work in the construction industry, your strong interest in construction, pre-construction, and site preparation is desired; however, not required.

Our Marysville shop and office, conveniently situated off Hwy 36, is the base of operation for our field crews operating all over central Ohio. In this professional yet inviting work environment, we are currently seeking skilled support staff to join our team.

Compensation

Based on experience, skill level and execution

35-50 Hours / Week

Physical Demands :

• Exerting up to 35 pounds of force occasionally (with assistance), and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move object
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, push, pull, grasp
• Prolonged standing, and/or sitting, and bending intermittently during work hours
• Is subject to frequent interruptions
• Ability to move arms, hands and fingers to type
• Close vision required
