Heavy Equipment Operator

About the Role

Kian Corporation is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to support civil and site development projects across Guam. This role involves operating equipment for grading, excavation, and site preparation while maintaining safety and productivity on site.

We are looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work and can perform efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, and rollers
• Perform grading, excavation, trenching, and site preparation work
• Follow site plans, elevations, and direction from Superintendent
• Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections
• Work safely and follow all site safety requirements
• Assist with general site work as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment in civil/site construction
• Experience in earthworks, grading, and utilities preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of site grades and elevations (preferred)
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation

Rate starts at $18.97, with the possibility of a higher rate based on experience.
Overtime available and performance-based incentives for high-performing operators
