What You'll Do

• Operate excavators, dozers, and loaders on active excavation and site development job sites
• Perform precision digging, grading, earth moving, and cut/fill operations
• Support underground utility installation including sanitary, water, and storm sewer work
• Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and grade sheets
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance
• Work closely with laborers and site supervisors to meet project specifications
• Follow all OSHA safety standards on every job site
• Operate equipment safely in tight, urban, and residential job site conditions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating excavators, dozers, and loaders
• Proven ability to work to grade and read site plans
• Strong understanding of OSHA excavation and trenching safety standards
• Experience on commercial, residential, or heavy civil construction projects
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites in Niagara/Erie County
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Preferred:

• Experience with underground utility and sewer work
• CDL Class A or B
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with GPS grade control systems

Pay: $28.32 - $34.11 per hour
