We are a CSLB-licensed General Engineering Contractor, looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew. We specialize in water, sewer, storm drain, and concrete projects (including utility installations, excavation, grading, and related work) across Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate excavators, backhoes, mini excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment on active job sites.
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and utility-related tasks in support of municipal and private projects.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Work as part of a small, skilled team while following all company and OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain a professional, reliable presence on job sites throughout Orange, Los Angeles, and surrounding counties.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a heavy equipment operator (excavators, backhoes, or comparable equipment).
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (required prior to hire).
• Willingness and ability to attend an in-person interview at our Yorba Linda office.
• Strong knowledge of job-site safety practices and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
