Job Overview We are urgently looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for our container depot and warehousing operations located inside the industrial zone. If you have solid experience operating heavy machinery and hold the required license codes, we want you on our team!

No prior experience with our specific container handling units? That is not a problem. As long as you have the heavy equipment background and the right license, we are fully willing to provide hands-on training so you can learn how to operate specialized depot machinery (such as Reach Stackers and Sidelifters).

Primary Responsibilities

• Safe Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment within a high-traffic industrial yard and warehousing environment.
• On-the-Job Training: Actively participate in and complete internal training programs to master specialized container-handling equipment.
• Pre-Operation Checks: Conduct routine daily inspections (brakes, hydraulics, fluid levels, tires) before starting any shift.
• Yard Operations: Execute daily movement, lifting, and placement of heavy materials and containers safely and efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all site safety regulations, speed limits, and industrial safety guidelines.
• Maintenance Reporting: Immediately report any mechanical issues, unusual noises, or hydraulic leaks to the Motorpool Supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Mandatory Standards

• License Requirement (MUST): Must possess a valid Philippine Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes D and CE or Restriction code 8 (or equivalent heavy commercial/articulated vehicle codes). Applications without D and CE codes will not be processed.
• Experience (MUST): At least 1 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience operating any type of heavy equipment (e.g., payloaders, excavators, heavy trucks, cranes, backhoes, etc.).
• Willingness to Learn: Highly coachable and eager to undergo training for new types of heavy machinery.
• Alertness & Physical Fitness: Excellent vision, depth perception, and spatial awareness required for operating massive units in tight industrial spaces.
• Work Discipline: Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an outdoor industrial setting.
