Heavy Equipment Operator

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, backfilling and earthmoving activities.
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow site instructions, operating procedures and HSE requirements.
• Report equipment defects, breakdowns and unsafe operating conditions.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Practical knowledge of operating JCBs, wheel loaders and excavators.
• Understanding of excavation, earthmoving and underground utility works.
• Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and routine maintenance.
• Ability to work safely in active construction environments.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow site instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment operator's licence for the relevant machinery.
• Experience in infrastructure, water pipeline, sewerage or civil construction projects is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE who can join at short notice will be preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
