Heavy Equipment Operator

• Minimum 3-5 years as a hydraulic excavator operator.
• National Certificate Valid TESDA National Certificate / Certificate of
• Competency applicable to Heavy Equipment Operation -
• Hydraulic Excavator. HR must verify certificate validity.
• Demolition Proven hands-on experience in demolition work, including
• controlled concrete breaking.
• Hydraulic Breaker Required practical experience operating a hydraulic
• breaker/hammer.
• Excavation Required experience in excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and loading.
• Equipment Class Preferably experienced with CAT or equivalent hydraulic excavators in the 10-15 ton class.
• Safety Strong knowledge of heavy-equipment, excavation, and
• demolition safety practices.
• Mobility Willing to work at different Drawsteel Builders project sites,
• including shutdown/weekend work when required.

Required Technical Experience

• Hydraulic breaker operation for reinforced concrete and structural demolition.
• Controlled demolition near existing buildings, utilities, roads, equipment, and operating facilities.
• Excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, loading, and site clearing.
• Correct positioning and stabilization of the excavator before breaking or excavation.
• Changing and inspecting bucket/breaker attachments and hydraulic connections.
• Daily pre-start and post-operation inspection and basic preventive maintenance.
• Recognition of hydraulic leaks, overheating, abnormal noises, excessive pin/bushing play, and undercarriage issues.
• Proper machine warm-up and cool-down procedures.
• Proper breaker technique, including avoiding blank firing, prolonged hammering in one location, and using the breaker as a pry bar.

Pay: From Php800.00 per day
