15+ Years of Experience | Residential & Commercial Dirt Work

We are looking for an experienced dirt work operator who takes pride in their work and knows what it takes to produce a quality finished product. If you have 15+ years of experience in dirt work and can take a project from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

● 15+ years of hands-on dirt work experience.

● Experience with residential and commercial dirt work projects.

● Experience with tree removal and land clearing.

● Ability to balance and grade sites.

● Knowledge of proper elevations, drainage, and site preparation.

● Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

● CDL preferred.

● Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

● Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with a crew.

● Professional references demonstrating a strong work history and a record of quality, dependable work.

Job Responsibilities

● Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and site development.

● Perform tree removal, land clearing, and dirt work.

● Balance and grade residential and commercial sites.

● Maintain proper elevations and drainage throughout the project.

● Work with the crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

● Ensure the finished product meets project requirements and customer expectations.
