Heavy Equipment Operator (Payloader)

Universal Robina Corporation Sugar and Renewables Balayan is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator (Payloader).

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Operate the payloader to transport materials, such as aggregates, soil, or 
  construction materials, within the project site.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks, conveyors, or other equipment as 
  required for project activities.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of the payloader to ensure proper 
  functioning and safety before each shift.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the payloader, such as greasing, 
  refueling, and minor repairs.
• Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met, and 
  risks are minimized during project activities.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to perform tasks 
  safely and efficiently, adhering to project timelines and objectives.
• Keep records of material usage and report any problems encountered during 
  project operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• National Certification in operating a payloader from TESDA or equivalent 
  certification program.
• Experience in operating a payloader, preferably in project-based operations 
  such as construction, infrastructure development, or similar projects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices for operating a payloader, 
  including OSHA regulations.
• Ability to conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the payloader.
  Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
