Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Industrial Sandblaster to prepare and clean metal surfaces used in an industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy industrial sandblasting on metal materials and equipment
• Prepare surfaces for coating, painting, or production processes
• Operate sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, move, and stage materials using a forklift
• Inspect materials before and after blasting
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
• Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous heavy industrial sandblasting experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Must be willing to work overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial shop environment
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices
• Experience handling metal materials and equipment
