What they need
Job Purpose:
Supervise and coordinate heavy lifting and rigging operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved lift plans and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise crane operators, riggers, and lifting crews.
- Execute lifting operations as per approved Lift Plans and Method Statements.
- Inspect cranes, lifting gear, and rigging equipment before use.
- Coordinate crane positioning, rigging arrangements, and lifting sequences.
- Knowledge in Auto Cad, Solidworks etc
- Coordinate with Heavy Lift Manager, and Project teams.
- Stop unsafe lifting activities and report incidents or near misses.
- Make Proeject plan & Road Survey for Lifting Plan.
- Maintain lifting records, inspection documents, and daily reports.
Pay: From BD650.000 per month
Work Location: In person
