Heavy Machine Operator - Bulldozer and/or Digger

We are looking for experienced heavy machinery operators who can operate multiple heavy machines with a speciality in diggers and/or bulldozers, with a Class 2 & WTR driver's licence for a busy site that works through Winter with no rain days off.

You'll enjoy consistent paychecks and no wet-weather cancellations. If you've got a background in quarrying, bulk earthworks, civil, or waste management, this is your chance to lock in steady, well-paid workin either a Bully or Dozer machine-dominant role.

Experience on a bulldozer or digger is fine; both are a bonus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Digger Operator (30 - 50T)
• Bulldozers (D6+ with blade and wings)
• Experience in either is GREAT
• Conducting general site clearing and load planning tasks
• Adhering to strict health & safety standards and traffic management plans

Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 6:30 am to 5:00 pm (10-hour shifts)
• Saturday: 7 am to 12 pm (every second week)

Must Haves:

• Class 2 license with WTR endorsement
• NZ Citizenship, Residency or Open Work Visa
• Proven experience with Dozers and/or Diggers with bulk earthworks, quarry, or waste industry
• Physically fit and able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• "Cleanish" MOJ – case-by-case considered
• Great recent references available
• Experienced operators is a must – mature, reliable candidates preferred
