What they need
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes etc to complete construction and earthmoving projects.
- Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure machinery is in good working order, identifying and reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols on job sites, including traffic control and hazard identification, to prevent accidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hold valid UAE licence (Heavy/Light Tracotr)
- Possession of valid Heavy Equipment Operator certifications (e.g., OSHA, specific equipment certifications).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience operating heavy machinery in construction or related industries.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects or commercial construction sites.
