The Heavy Wrecker Operator must have a strong understanding of heavy-duty towing, rigging, winching, load securement, weight distribution, and safe recovery techniques. Operators are expected to evaluate each recovery scene, develop a safe recovery plan, properly position equipment, and perform towing and recovery operations while protecting customers, vehicles, equipment, property, and the motoring public.

- Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service.
- Keep assigned trucks, tools, rigging, and recovery equipment clean, organized, inspected, and ready for service.
- Work safely around traffic, accident scenes, hazardous roadside environments, and adverse weather conditions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency towing and recovery calls as required.
- Some accounts require us to tow units out of the immediate area into surrounding states

This position requires flexibility in scheduling and may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, severe weather, and emergency call-outs. Operators must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors and safely handle the equipment required for heavy-duty towing and recovery operations.
Candidates should have heavy-duty towing, commercial driving, equipment operation, or related recovery experience.
