Heidelberg Speedmaster Printer, 2-Colour

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable 2-colour printer to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating a Heidelberg Speedmaster 52 and be able to work independently to produce high-quality printing jobs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a 2-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster 52 printing press.
• Set up the press, prepare paper and inks, and adjust settings to meet job specifications.
• Ensure print quality, colour accuracy, and registration meet required standards.
• Monitor print production and make adjustments as required.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the printing press.
• Follow production schedules and meet job deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating a Heidelberg Speedmaster 52 or similar offset printing press.
• Good knowledge of offset printing processes, colour control, and print registration.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic printing and production issues.
• Physically fit and capable of handling paper stock and other printing materials.
• Hard-working, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible to work part-time or casual hours, depending on production requirements.
