Help Desk Agent - Clinical Trials

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Agent to join our team in the Clinical Trials department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals and life sciences, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide technical support and assistance to clinical trial teams via phone, email, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical trials, including data management and reporting problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
• Develop and maintain documentation of help desk activities and resolutions.
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance help desk services.
• Analyze and report on help desk metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with data management systems and software applications used in clinical trials.
