Work Schedule: Onsite (5 days in office)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide call center and application support to end users. The role involves answering phone calls and emails, troubleshooting login and application issues, creating and tracking ServiceNow incidents, and escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer help desk calls and respond to support emails promptly.
• Troubleshoot login, password reset, and business application issues.
• Create and manage ServiceNow incidents and escalate tickets as needed.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Generate daily reports and assist senior technical staff.
• Provide timely status updates and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Experience handling help desk phone calls and emails.
• Experience with ServiceNow incident management and ticket escalation.
• Knowledge of software installation, updates, and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Arrangement:

Contractors will work 5 days in the office followed by 5 days remotely. New contractors may be required to work onsite during initial training.
