Help Desk & Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients, candidates, and examination centres.
• Coordinate with examination centres regarding bookings, schedules, requirements, and operational issues.
• Check and respond to emails related to centre allocation, booking, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of examination activities.
• Maintain records and update operational data, reports, and centre-related information.
• Follow up with centres and vendors for required documents, confirmations, and arrangements.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate critical matters to the concerned team.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination between the Help Desk, Operations, and other departments.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Fresher or 0-1 years of experience in Help Desk, Operations, Customer Support, or Coordination.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
• Email handling
• Problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Good interpersonal skills
