Position Title: Help Desk Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Extension/Conversion Possible)

Compensation: $30-$38/hr (depending on experience)

A leading transportation technology and analytics organization is seeking a Help Desk Engineer to join its growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys supporting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to a modern, fast-paced technology environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting MacOS environments and Okta , along with a customer-first approach to technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Troubleshoot and support both Mac and Windows endpoints
• Manage and resolve issues through a ticketing system
• Support onsite and remote employees with technical requests
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and endpoint devices
• Assist with conference room Audio/Video technology support
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide white-glove support to employees and executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
• Strong MacOS support experience
• Experience with Okta (SSO/SAML)
• Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Experience with Entra ID and/or Intune
• Google Workspace administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Directory experience
• Mac device management experience
• Audio/Video conference room support
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
