Job Location: Dolvi, near Panvel, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Help Desk / Front Desk and handle day-to-day service requests.
• Receive, register and track complaints, requests and work orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Admin and other facility teams for timely resolution.
• Attend to employee/client queries and provide appropriate information or assistance.
• Maintain complaint registers, service request logs and daily reports.
• Monitor open and closed complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for service request closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of help desk activities.
• Ensure professional communication and good customer service.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, safety and service quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in Help Desk, Front Desk, Customer Service, Facility Management or Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Email.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in facility management, manufacturing, corporate office or industrial site will be an advantage.
