We are hiring for Help Desk Executive for one our MNC client for Hyderabad location.

Job Title: Help Desk Executive
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee/customer queries through calls, emails, or tickets.
• Resolve basic computer, software, printer, and network issues.
• Provide support for login, password, and system-related problems.
• Create and update support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned IT team.
• Maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
• Provide timely and professional support to users.

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
