• Highly proficient in spoken & written English (B1 CEFR level).
• Strong mid-level troubleshooting skills using KBs and SOPs.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capable of producing clear documentation and emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support via chat, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical/service issues.
• Work based on standardized policies with analytical skills.

Core Duties

• Support Chrome OS, Mac OS, Windows, Linux.
• Follow documented procedures and escalate when required.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem isolation.
• Diagnose hardware issues and assist installations.
• Document issues and communicate solutions.
• Collaborate with teams and support system changes.

Must Have Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• 03 years IT customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
